Our office is located in Irving, Texas (Las Colinas). This position will have the following consideration:

Hybrid: In office, currently Monday‑Tuesday‑Wednesday each week, with the option to work from home on Thursday and Friday.

Job Description:

The seasoned and strategic Fund Services Officer will lead and oversee the operational framework supporting our registered funds business. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless execution of administrative functions for mutual funds, ETFs, and interval funds, while managing key service provider relationships and driving operational excellence across the platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leads all administration functions of the registered funds business, including oversight of financial reporting, tax compliance, fund registration, and treasury functions ensuring compliance, accuracy, efficiency, and scalability of services
  • Designs and implements policies and procedures to create a strong control environment and adherence to regulatory requirements for the registered fund business
  • Recommends, negotiates, and manages relationships with auditors, fund counsel and other outsourced service providers, ensuring high-quality service delivery and alignment with fund objectives
  • Prepares and manages materials for Fund Board meetings, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and strategic relevance
  • Monitors and manages platform-wide costs and drives continuous improvement through process optimization and use of technology
  • Guides onboarding of new products and security types, ensuring smooth integration into fund operations
  • Inspires and manages a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field
  • Professional certifications such as CPA or MBA preferred
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in fund operations, with a strong track record in mutual funds, ETFs, and interval funds
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams and external partners

    Strong understanding of fund legal and accounting requirements, with the ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with a proactive and solutions‑oriented mindset
