We are building a pipeline of talented individuals to join our Finance teams across Africa. From school‑based finance roles (Finance Officer, Finance Manager, Chartered Accountant, etc.) to regional and central positions (Financial Controller, Treasury Manager, Project Manager in Finance, etc.), we are seeking motivated professionals who want to combine technical excellence with a purpose.

Depending on your level of experience and the role you are matched with, you may:

• Manage daily accounting and reporting cycles, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to inform decision‑making
• Coordinate audits, ensure tax and regulatory compliance, and maintain internal controls
• Lead or support finance projects (process improvement, ERP rollouts, BI dashboards)
• Present financial insights to school leaders, regional managers, or Group leadership
• Mentor and train junior staff, building capacity and strengthening financial literacy

We are seeking well‑rounded candidates who are:

• Technically strong: Background in accounting, finance, or audit (junior or senior levels welcome)
• Digitally fluent: Comfortable with ERPs, cloud‑based accounting tools, Google Workspace, and BI systems
• Analytical & structured: Able to turn numbers into actionable insights
• Adaptable & proactive: Thrive in dynamic, fast‑paced environments and take initiative
• Communicative: Clear, persuasive, and confident in presenting financial data
• Mission‑driven: Motivated by the opportunity to contribute to education in Africa
