Corporate Action administration is a high‑profile client service. In this position, you’ll be based in the Canton, Massachusetts office for a minimum of three days a week, with the flexibility to work from home for part of the week.

A role you will love

This role is responsible for the liaison with Corporate Action Client Operations Engagement, Front Office, and various internal stakeholder departments in preparing, managing, and executing end‑to‑end processing. This includes, but is not limited to, organizing associated Corporate Action tasks, document production, system set‑up, and reporting.

Some of Your Duties Will Include
  • Review Letters of transmittal, stock certificates and other documentssubmittedfor complex, sensitive, and manual corporate actions to ascertain whether they are properly completed and duly executed in accordance with the instructions set forth in the Letters of Transmittal.
  • Verify wire instructions, international currency exchange form, if applicable, and update wire spreadsheet.
  • Review restriction library and apply appropriate legend if applicable.

    Conduct quality review on work that has been processed. Responsible for research and reconciliation.
  • Assist in processing validly submitted Corporate Actions items. Responsible for research, reconciliation and account maintenance.
  • May be required to contact clients and vendorsasneeded.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four‑year college or university or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2 - 4 years of Financial Services/Transfer Agent experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project and have working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Vendor relationship skills.

  • Extensive knowledge of COSMOS (incl. maintenance), Workflow, SCRIP, ATOP including reporting.

Compensation:
The typical base pay range for this role is $28 - $29.80/hr this base pay range is specific to this location and may not be applicable to other locations.
