To help manage and fuel that growth, we need a Risk Expert to join our CFO area in the Actuarial & Risk Team.

This team is an enabler of Prima’s recipe for success.

As a leading expert within this team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that Prima’s growth is solid, sustainable and scalable, powered with a best‑in‑class risk management framework. You’ll combine strategic thinking with operational precision to make sure that every decision is based on a risk‑based 360‑degree view.

• Support the Head of Actuarial & Risk Analytics in managing Prima’s risk management system
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure effective and timely delivery of key risk indicators
• Coordinate the preparation of the Risk reporting to the Risk and Controls Committee
• Coordinate the annual risk assessment of the company, in collaboration with the Compliance team
• Partner with business and finance teams to generate risk‑driven insights on the business as well as on strategic planning
• Lead initiatives to implement and execute scenario analysis at group level

• 4+ years of experience in enterprise risk management with expertise in the financial sector, preferably in insurance
• Proficiency in risk governance, process and reporting
• Strong analytical mindset complemented by solid communication skills, as you will have strong visibility towards the Top Management of the company.

• Professional affiliations in either Risk management or Actuarial institutes
• Strong interest in tech companies
• Quantitative risk modeling skills
