• 3-12+ years experience supporting high-net-worth individuals and closely held businesses
• A valid US Enrolled Agent, CPA or licensed attorney designation or eligible to obtain one of the designations
• Ability to research technical tax and accounting issues with the ability to communicate and document findings
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with ability to multi-task varying priorities while maintaining attention to detail
• Proficient in analyzing large datasets
• Strong work ethic and self-motivated
• Highly proficient in Excel and tax preparation software

We are seeking an experienced and high-energy high net worth tax professional who is knowledgeable about individual, trust, estate and gift tax - as well as how closely held businesses impact individual taxation. This role will involve executing on tax compliance during the busy season, assisting in tax planning and advisory year-round and connecting directly with clients and building a trusted advisory relationship with them.
