We are looking for an experienced Tax leader in our Tempe, Arizona, location who can produce high‑quality work while maintaining strong relationships with our current clients. The ability to manage multiple priorities, make decisions and take initiative while staying focused on results and the performance objectives of this job is a must. Staff development skills, ability to lead a team of professionals by example, and solid time‑management skills are important as well.

• CPA required
• Masters in Taxation (preferred)
• 8+ years of public accounting experience in income tax preparation for individuals, partnerships/LLCs, S Corporations, C Corporations, trusts, estates, and non‑profit organizations with a minimum of 5 years at the tax manager level
• Comprehensive understanding of income tax laws
• Income tax research experience and skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Strong management skills able to lead a team
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work > 40 hours per week during tax season
• Ability to supervise and train professional staff
