Position Overview
We are seeking a Director of Finance and Accounting who will be the financial backbone of our fast‑scaling telehealth company. You will lead accounting, FP&A, and financial operations while advising on strategic decisions that shape our future.
- Accounting & Financial Operations
- Own monthly, quarterly, and year‑end close processes
- Maintain GAAP‑compliant financials and accrual accounting practices
- Implement and scale accounting systems, including ERP/tools
- Develop internal controls and ensure audit readiness
- FP&A & Strategic Forecasting
- Build and maintain forecasting models linked to KPIs
- Lead scenario planning and session‑level margin analysis
- Optimize cash flow and capital allocation strategies
- Strategic Finance & Executive Partnership
- Advise executive team on capital planning, growth strategy, and financial risk
- Oversee 13‑week cash flow, debt covenants, and equity dilution modeling
- Support decision‑making across revenue streams, including insurance and DTC
- Team Building & Leadership
- Build and grow a high‑performing finance and accounting team
- Foster ownership, delegation, and cross‑functional clarity
- Communicate financial insights clearly and effectively across all levels

Compensation
Competitive base salary based on experience, plus performance‑based incentives.
This is a 100% remote position (U.S. based) with potential quarterly travel if needed.
DesiredSkills and Qualifications
- 7–12 years of experience in accounting, FP&A, or corporate finance
- Deep knowledge of GAAP and financial operations
- Proven success building finance infrastructure in a growth‑stage environment
- ERP implementation and systems expertise
- Strong executive presence and sound judgment
- Healthcare or service‑based business experience is a plus
