• You source your own leads and build relationships to originate mortgage loans.
• You are available to work beyond typical hours when needed, including evenings and weekends.
• You maintain a high level of activity, including calling 30–100 times per day and visiting multiple open houses as needed.
• You work with the team to close loans and help teammates succeed.

• Proven ability to generate and convert leads in mortgage or related fields.
• Strong communication, networking, and client service skills.
• Coachable with a drive to achieve goals and a willingness to work nonstandard hours.
