Are you an unstoppable, high-energy lead gen machine? This opportunity is for you, hardcore closer. If you can start a conversation anywhere and build relationships, you may be the perfect fit for our squad. You should be a charismatic, outgoing hustler with a vast network and a coachable mindset who can source your own leads and close them with support from the team.
Responsibilities- Source your own leads and drive the sales process to close loans.
- Push beyond standard hours to maximize performance; this includes after-hours availability and weekend/daily outreach.
- Make a high volume of calls (examples given: 15, 30, 40, or up to 100 calls per day) and engage in in-person outreach as needed (open houses).
- Collaborate with a team that provides back-end support to close deals.
- Represent a diverse portfolio by working with 50+ lenders, banks, and investors to close more loans.
- Help clients become homeowners through relationship-based selling and knowledge of mortgage products.
- Strong relationship-building and lead-generation skills.
- Coachable mindset and high drive to connect with people.
