Job Title: Operations Specialist (Level III)

Schedule: Hybrid – Mandatory 3 days onsite, 2 work from home

Contract Duration: 6 months

Start Date: ASAP (2-3 weeks after candidate has been identified)

• Provide end-to-end operational support for Wealth Management advisory partners and their clients.
• Support Brokerage and Private Bank accounts and transactions.
• Process, reconcile, and balance note/mortgage, vendor, and client oil & gas payments.
• Responsible for moderately complex activities supporting account creation, onboarding, and maintenance.
• Provide quality service and effective operations support for internal business partners and external clients.
• Assist in training for less experienced team members.
• Operate with a moderate level of independence.
• Refer to team lead or manager for direction and support with moderately complex issues and escalations.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Cooperative and professional work attitude
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong organization and follow-up skills
• Quick learner who can develop subject matter expertise

• Relevant work experience, preferably Oil and Gas experience
• Strong foundational knowledge to excel in the role
