Overview
Colorado public Accounting firm with FANTASTIC CULTURE is seeking a Tax Senior.
They are looking for a person who loves complex tax work and tax compliance review and tax planning. You will join a high performing team that works on a variety of clients.
Responsibilities- Review complex U.S. and multi-state income tax returns for C-corporations, S-corporations, and partnerships.
- Review complex high net worth individual, gift and estate tax returns (typically pass-throughs associated with business returns).
- Coordinate and oversee complex tax planning for clients in a variety of industries.
- Provide constructive coaching to tax staff.
- Analyze current/prior year returns and identify future planning opportunities.
- Prepare and review complex tax planning projections.
- Respond to IRS and state agency audits, enquiries and tax notices.
- Build skills and knowledge to become Tax Manager.

Ideal candidate- Bachelor in Accounting
- CPA
- Tax experience in a public accounting firm (preference for mid-tier firms, but open to small and large)
- High performing individual with high degree of accuracy
They are looking for a person who loves complex tax work and tax compliance review and tax planning. You will join a high performing team that works on Emerging Market Clients, Private Equity and Venture Backed firms, Startups and ultra-high net worth Clients.
This firm does a great deal of mergers and acquisitions tax structuring, and you will get exposure and experience in tax planning and structuring deals!

Compensation: $75,000-$95,000 per year
