We are looking for a Relationship Banker to train AI models. In this role you will evaluate AI chatbots, measure progress, solve problems, and improve quality.

• Expert level financial reasoning, including or related to Financial Accounting, Investment Banking, Wealth Management, and Insurance Planning.
• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
• Detail-oriented.
• Proficient in financial analysis, modeling, data analysis, and other finance-related reasoning exercises.
• Current, in progress, or completed Masters or PhD preferred.

• Provide AI chatbots with diverse and complex problems and evaluate their outputs.
• Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance.

• Full-time or part-time remote position.
• Flexible project selection and schedule.
• Paid hourly at $50–$60 USD per hour, with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work.

• Payment is made via Pay Pal. Pay Pal will handle any currency conversions from USD.
• Only applicants located in the United States will be considered.
• This is an independent contract position.
