We are seeking passionate and motivated Christian life insurance agents and financial consultants to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities:

Serve Clients with a Stewardship Mindset:
Educate clients on how to align their personal finances with biblical principles, emphasizing gratitude, giving, and wise resource management.

Provide Needs-Based Financial Guidance:
Assess clients' financial situations and goals to recommend appropriate life insurance and financial solutions.

Build Your Book of Business:
Develop and nurture client relationships through your personal network, referrals, and company-provided leads.

Develop Comprehensive Financial Plans:
Guide clients in creating strategies that incorporate charitable giving, debt management, savings, and investments.

Offer Flexible Solutions:
Provide financial and insurance solutions that address a variety of client situations, whether for individuals or churches.

Participate in Training and Support:
Engage in training and guidance provided by Abundant Journey Financial to continually develop your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

A committed Christian with a strong understanding of biblical financial principles.

A servant-hearted attitude and a genuine desire to help others.

Self-motivated, disciplined, and entrepreneurial.

Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule effectively.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Prior experience in finance, sales, or insurance is a plus, but not required. We will train the right candidates.

Must be willing to obtain or already possess a state life insurance license.
