• Conduct complex actuarial analyses and provide technical expertise
• Develop code-based solutions to enhance actuarial processes
• Prepare and present findings suitable for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Build strategic business relationships and lead cross-functional communication
• Mentor junior actuaries and assist in onboarding new associates

• Undergraduate degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, data science, or a related field
• Generally six or more years of actuarial experience
• ACAS designation or working towards FCAS
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R
• Detailed knowledge of actuarial business functions and statistical analysis methods

• Actuarial knowledge and experience in commercial lines
• Experience with data manipulation and familiarity with Databricks
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence decisions at a higher level
