Location:

Remote (Must reside in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IA, MD, MI, NC, NJ, NY, OH, PA, TX, or UT)

$55,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Establish and coordinate plan termination dates.
• Update and maintain plan documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Stay current on all laws, regulations, and best practices in retirement plan administration.
• Provide training, guidance, and resources on retirement plan products and services to internal teams.

• ASPPA credentials preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Advanced knowledge of retirement plan administration, DOL/IRS regulations, and tax rules.
• Exceptional customer service and client management skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and SRT systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
