• Provide technical expertise in complex actuarial analyses and methodologies
• Drive innovation and problem-solving initiatives within the actuarial team
• Develop code-based solutions to improve actuarial processes
• Prepare and present actuarial findings suitable for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Lead onboarding and training for new associates on standard work processes

• Undergraduate degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, data science, or a similar field requiring quantitative analysis
• Generally six or more years of actuarial experience
• ACAS designation or currently working towards FCAS
• Detailed knowledge of actuarial methodologies and statistical methods of analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and analytical software

• Actuarial knowledge and experience in commercial lines
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R
• Experience with data manipulation and familiarity with Databricks
• Strong communication skills and ability to mentor junior actuaries
• Expertise in modeling, validation, and predictive modeling techniques
