Reporting to the Senior Director BP&A and Treasury, the Financial Analyst is primarily responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely provision to management of financial information and analysis.

• Prepare timely and accurate monthly management reporting
• Provide profitability analysis and pricing in collaboration with sales members
• Prepare and analyze forecasts, annual and strategic planning by business lines
• Develop analytical tools and reports that will assist management in decision-making
• Develop processes to enhance reporting effectiveness and efficiency
• Prepare ad-hoc modeling on business scenarios from various stakeholders
• Special projects and other duties as requested

• Minimum 3 years analytical experience with financial designation (or working towards) CPA/CMA/CGA preferred
• Advanced technical knowledge working with Excel and working knowledge of Hyperion and Power BI
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communications skills
• Results oriented and analytical thinking – high sense of ownership
• Superior organization, prioritization
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a natural curiosity for root cause analysis to identify key levers of financial performance
• Self-motivated, capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with collaboration tools that support virtual and in-person meetings
• Ability to work from home remotely/independently and in a virtual team environment
