Opportunity Overview – The Branch Office Administrator (BOA) role provides administrative support to a financial advisor or a team of advisors, partnering with financial professionals to help clients achieve long-term financial goals. BOAs are a valued part of the client support team and contribute to client experiences in a dynamic environment.
Role SummaryAs a Branch Office Administrator, you will be a vital part of the team, providing seamless support to clients. You will play a key role in supporting client accounts, facilitating communication, and ensuring a positive client experience. This is a opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic environment.

- Client Service: Provide exceptional service to clients via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in-person interactions. Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional experience. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal client support team members.
- Account Management: Learn and understand the financial services industry. Includes account opening, handling account transfers and other requests at the direction of the financial advisor. Process account transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records.
- Administrative & Operational Support: Work independently at the direction of the financial advisor. Handle scheduling, preparing materials for client meetings, managing correspondence and supporting marketing initiatives. Update SOPs and support the branch business plan.
- Technology: Computer literacy with willingness to learn new technology and programs such as Money Guide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office products and other firm-provided software.
