The minimum and maximum projected hourly pay for this position is: $26.03 to $39.04.

We understand the need to be creative and flexible when it comes to telecommuting and other alternative work arrangements. This position is eligible for our hybrid remote work model and will work in the Silver Spring, MD office four days per week.

In this exciting role, you’ll be the mastermind behind setting up all types of new loans, modifications, renewals, and extensions in our core system (IBS) - with flair and accuracy. Your day-to-day will be anything but boring: performing a variety of loan servicing activities, from account maintenance to processing loan payments and sending out statements.

You’ll also flex your skills with General Ledger entries using People Soft and review reports to tackle other fun tasks as assigned. Requirements:

• H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• 3 years loan servicing, loan documentation or related job experience in the financial industry
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, preferably proficient in MS Excel and MS Word
• Familiar with General Ledger balancing and common banking transactions
• Knowledge of FIS/IBS bank core system or other similar banking system

Preferences:

• Completion of specialized banking or finance courses
