Portfolio Management oversees Dimensional’s ETFs, implementing our investment philosophy across solutions. The team collaborates with Trading, Research, Technology, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Client Groups to ensure a superior investment experience.

As an Associate ETF Portfolio Manager, you will manage ETFs and portfolios, and communicate our investment thesis to clients.

Responsibilities:

• Manage ETFs and portfolios, including trading, corporate actions, and security evaluation.

• Monitor ETF characteristics and maintain portfolio structure systematically, collaborating globally.

• Partner with Capital Markets to improve ETF market quality and flow management.

• Explain ETFs, performance, and processes to clients and internally.

• Innovate and evolve investment offerings.

• Work with Sales, Marketing, and Client Services to meet client needs.

• Optimize investment processes through project work.

Requirements:

• Alignment with Dimensional’s investment philosophy and background in finance.

• Experience in financial markets, asset management, or related fields.

• Knowledge of equity ETFs and mutual funds landscape.

• ETF industry experience a plus.

• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

• Attention to detail and project management skills.

• Effective time-management skills.
