Pro Sidian Seeks a Budget Analyst [DOE
0061060] for Program Support on a Exempt W2:
No Overtime Pay Basis Contract Contingent generally located across the CONUS - Richland, Washington. Across The Pacific Northwest Region supporting DOE EM Hanford which is a federal, regulated, high-stakes nuclear cleanup environment requiring multidisciplinary contractor support, compliance oversight, and mission assurance.
We seek Budget Analyst [DOE
0061060] candidates with relevant Environmental Management Sector experience to support professional services engagements for Environmental Management Sector Clients such as the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE). This is a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 arrangement with potential conversion to a full-time Pro Sidian employed W-2 position.
- Budget formulation, execution, reconciliations, financial reporting, and audits.
- Provide services and support for Program Office #02 Assistant Manager for Business & Assistant Manager for Procurement under Job Task #02.01 – Budget Analyst with Support Functions for Finance & Budget Support, Procurement/Contract Administration Support, Workforce Management & Training Support, Compensation Program Act Business Support, and Audit Coordination Support.
- Focus on budget formulation, performance analysis, audit coordination, and communication with stakeholders to ensure compliance and transparency in funding execution; ensure alignment, transparency, and accountability in project management through data management and effective cross-organizational communication.
- Work location:
Pacific Northwest Region, Richland, Washington; initial work site at 2440 Stevens Center Place, H520 Richland, WA 99354 (subject to change or remote work).
- 5–8+ years federal finance/budget experience; DOE experience preferred.
- Education:
BA/BS in Finance/Accounting; CPA helpful. - Functional alignment with Environmental Management Sector and Budget Analyst responsibilities within Oversight And General Support Services under the specified task categories.
- Skills:
program and project management support, funds control, reconciliations, Excel/BI tools. - Core competencies:
Accuracy, analysis, and communication.
- Automate financial dashboards for DOE reporting.
- Budget analysis & planning; on-site and near-site support, with up to +/-15% staffing variation.
- Security requirements: facility clearance; DOE clearance as indicated; work predominantly on-site at Hanford Field Office (HFO) facilities with some approved remote support.
- Place of performance:
Hanford Site, Richland, WA;
