Role & Responsibilities

Their Wealth Planners support Senior Client Advisors and interact with other internal team members, clients, and external advisors. The role is a team‑oriented position focused on ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of client deliverables, identifying planning opportunities and implementing client decisions.

  • Working with our internal Operations Team to organize and prepare client materials, including consolidated financial statements, cash flow analysis, consolidated investment reports and other ad hoc analytical reports.
  • Possessing an aptitude and desire to learn planning disciplines such as estate and gift planning, charitable giving, cash flow/budgeting, income tax, family governance, and risk management
  • Overseeing and efficiently addressing routine client matters such as bill payment, tax filings, investment documentation, cash management, administrative
  • Communicating proactively with outside investment advisors, tax preparers, estate planning attorneys, and insurance agents
  • Assisting with preparation for client meetings, attending and assisting with follow-up
  • Coordinating bank and investment account documentation including private investment subscriptions and activity

Monitoring cash flows, significant asset transfers and notable changes in the client net worth

Research financial planning projects

Coordinating client accounting activities with the operations team

Supporting the wealth planning and financial reporting teams with client specific projects and deliverables

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience with general ledger and database applications.

Important: Associate level candidates require a minimum of 1 year, full‑time, family office experience, either directly or indirectly with a single or multi‑family office;
Senior Associate applicants require additional experience. A CPA or CFP designation is desired but not required. Other advanced degrees or related financial professional designations are beneficial.

Additional Information

Schedule: Full time, Monday to Friday 8:30–5:30. Opportunity for hybrid schedule.

Work Environment: Hybrid work environment available with a minimum of one day in the office
