Location: Remote, with preference for candidates in Eastern (USA) time zone.

Compensation: $60,000–$75,000 annual salary.

Classification: Full‑time, exempt, salaried.

JOB SUMMARY & SCOPE

Responsible for supporting the financial planning and analysis team activities to include financial reporting and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and sales commission activities.

• Demonstrates effective communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Utilizes accounting system, spreadsheet, and data reporting and analysis software.
• Prepares monthly commission calculations utilizing applicable software under guidance of Senior Financial Analyst.
• Performs various financial analyses and reconciliations.
• Assists with the month‑end closing process, conducting research and analysis.
• Prepares and reviews monthly financial reporting package for various stakeholders to include profit and loss statement, balance sheet and statement of cash flow.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and one (1) or more years’ experience in related business area required.
• Proficient using Excel, Power BI and Hyperion tools.
• Net Suite software knowledge preferred.
• Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks; work efficiently with minimal supervision; detail oriented.

• Primary language used in daily operations is English. Additional primary company languages include Spanish, French, and Dutch.
• Read and interpret documents, procedure manuals and various correspondence from both internal and external.
• Speak effectively, both individually and before groups of both external customers and/or various levels of employees within the organization.

• Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, database reporting tools such as Hyperion or Tableau and general ledger systems.
