The Termico Group of Companies has a Full Time opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Officer to join the head office in Malaga. This role is responsible for managing all financial transactions related to the company’s accounts receivables.
Termico Group of Companies is a Western Australian owned organization specializing in a range of home & building services in both Western Australia and the Eastern States. Our area of expertise includes Pest Management, Bushfire Risk Assessment, Insulation Services, PV Solar Installations and Private Building Certification. ThePosition
As our Accounts Receivable Officer, you will coordinate & manage the receivables across all our divisions including Pest Management, Solar, Bushfire and Insulation throughout WA and the Eastern States.
Responsibilities- Processing Payments & Receipting in a timely manner.
- Sending out debt collection letters/emails and managing debt ledger records.
- Communicating with clients & Termico’s Account Managers to resolve billing queries & related issues.
- Ensuring all debts are collected in line with the debt collection process & procedures and escalating matters to Management as required.
- Reviewing aged receivable and transferring relevant accounts to ongoing builder debt collection lists.
- Monitoring credit claims and payment queries to ensure they are resolved promptly.
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in Accounts Receivable.
- Experience in bookkeeping.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and Outlook.
- Sound knowledge of MYOB is essential.
- Experience in debt collection is highly desirable.
- Strong time management & organizational skills to perform multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Capable of working independently while also collaborating within the team.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Monthly paid rostered day off.
- Tuesdays & Fridays - Working from Home option (after training).
