• We offer 200+ Residential and Commercial lenders in 35+ states
• A Flat fee of $995 per loan. Payouts are every Friday.
• Earn 275 bips as brokered and 400 bips on correspondent loans.
• You are required to use Arive LOS for NMLS reporting purposes and tracking. The cost is about $80 per month.

• Generate leads and work with prospective clients to determine their mortgage needs
• Market and promote our specialty loan programs and specialized services
• Conduct thorough financial analysis to assess client eligibility for loans
• Assist clients throughout the loan application process, from initial application to closing
• Maintain regular communication with clients, real estate agents, and lenders
