Sr. Cost Analyst; Remote- PA or NC

• Serve as the primary finance owner for inventory management and standard cost, ensuring accuracy across multiple product lines
• Monitor and investigate variances between actual and standard costs, providing actionable insights
• Develop and maintain complex cost models and assist in budgeting and forecasting
• Lead the coordination and execution of the Physical Inventory and ensure compliance with financial controls
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities and drive process improvements within the manufacturing environment

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory control in manufacturing
• Strong cost accounting background and proficiency in ERP systems (Dynamics AX/365)
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational skills

• CPA or CMA certification
• Experience in continuous improvement methodologies
• Proven ability to meet deadlines while multitasking in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with cross‑functional teams
