• Support the development and execution of M&A and partnership strategies aligned with the employer's strategic goals
• Conduct financial modeling, valuation analyses, and market assessments for potential transactions
• Manage due diligence processes across various functional areas such as clinical, financial, legal, and operational
• Coordinate and track transactions through the entire deal flow process, from initial approach to post-transaction integration
• Maintain documentation and dashboards tracking pipeline opportunities, project status, and key metrics

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance, Business, Engineering, or Mathematics
• 4-6 years of experience leading strategy in business development, investment banking, or related finance experience
• Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling and due diligence
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
• Strong financial, analytical, project management, and communication skills

• Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance, Business, Engineering, or Mathematics
• 2-3 years of demonstrated understanding of healthcare business models and finances
