Job Title: Senior Manager Project Finance

Location: Oak Creek, WI

Type: Direct Hire

Schedule: M-F, 8-5

Pay Range: $130k - $160k + bonus

Summary

Connect Search is hiring a Senior Manager Project Finance in Oak Creek. This a hybrid position offers 2 days work from home per week.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with project managers to assist in monitoring project performance;
  Assist in calculation of revenue recognition relative to project performance based on estimates to complete.
• Oversee the preparation of financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and reports for government regulatory agencies.
• Support the preparation of the company’s budget and financial forecasts, projecting revenue and analyzing variances.
• Review and assess the potential financial implications of current and future investments.
• Develop and maintain systems for internal control to prevent inaccuracies in financial statements.
• Provide and develop special projects/ad hoc reports as requested or required.
• Develop and implement finance processes and policies driving a strong internal control framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or another relevant field.
• Minimum of five years accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing and project-based industry i.e. engineering.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting, and general cost and project accounting functions.
• Proficiency in interpreting and applying accounting standards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel.
• Strong understanding of program finance and control.
• Ability to analyze and reconcile complex accounts and reserves.
• Ability to research, compile, analyze, and interpret data in an ERP environment.
• Experience with IFS highly desired.
