As a Tax Partner, you will play a pivotal role in leading and expanding the tax practice. You will leverage your extensive expertise to manage and develop client relationships, ensure the delivery of high-quality tax services, and drive growth initiatives. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely, with occasional visits to headquarters in the Washington‑DC metropolitan area.

• Lead and oversee the tax department, ensuring compliance with all tax regulations and laws.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing strategic tax planning and advisory services.
• Review and approve complex tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts.
• Collaborate with other partners and the management team to drive business development and growth strategies.
• Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
• Stay updated on the latest tax regulations and industry trends to ensure clients receive the most current advice.
• Participate in firm-wide initiatives to improve operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Represent the firm in professional and community organizations to enhance the firm's reputation and attract new clients.

• CPA certification is required.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on tax.
• Proven experience in a leadership role, with the ability to manage and mentor a team.
• Strong technical knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client‑focused mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute business development strategies.
• Proficient in using tax software and embracing new technology.
