Tax Analyst

SNI Financial has exclusively partnered with a well-known global technology leader backed by a top-tier private equity firm seeking a Tax Analyst to join its growing global tax team. This role focuses heavily on tax accounting and provision (ASC 740) and offers an excellent balance of meaningful work, flexibility, and long-term career growth.

• Assist with the preparation of monthly and quarterly global ASC 740 tax provisions
• Prepare tax account reconciliations and financial statement disclosures
  
  Support SOX/internal controls over income tax reporting
• Perform tax research and analysis to determine appropriate accounting treatment
• Assist with tax reporting, compliance and process improvement initiatives
• Help automate and streamline existing tax processes
• Work with large datasets pulled directly from ERP and tax systems

• 3+ years of corporate tax or large public accounting experience
• Strong tax accounting/provision background
• Advanced Excel skills
• Workday, SAP, or One Source experience is a plus
• CPA preferred
