Retirement Consolidation Specialist ; Financial Advisor; Work from Home

• Provide education and advisory services on asset consolidation planning to retirement plan participants
• Collaborate with channel partners and respond to referrals from the Customer Care Center
• Conduct best interest interviews to assess participants’ needs and recommend consolidation options
• Facilitate movement of terminated plan assets to the employer by partnering with Regional Vice Presidents and Client Executives
• Initiate product requests in collaboration with relationship managers and fulfillment analysts

• Bachelor’s degree in a business field or equivalent experience
• Experience as a retirement plan specialist or asset consolidation specialist, or two years of relevant financial services experience
• FINRA Series 6 or 7 license
• FINRA Series 63 (or obtain within six months of hire)
• Customer service, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills to effectively assist clients

• CRPC or CFP designation
• Life insurance license
