Compliance & Risk Officer

Lead compliance and risk practices across AML/KYC, NDPR, and operational risk. Build scalable controls that enable safe growth.

• Own AML/KYC policies, reviews, and ongoing monitoring.
• Design and run internal controls, audits, and training.
• Work with regulators and maintain up-to-date documentation.
• Review high-risk cases and lead investigations as needed.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to embed compliance by design.

• 4+ years in compliance/risk (fintech or financial services).
• Strong knowledge of NDPR, AML/KYC, and relevant Nigerian regulations.
• Experience with risk frameworks and vendor management.
• Excellent documentation and stakeholder communication.
• Certifications (e.g., CAMS) are a plus.
• Mission-critical role with executive visibility.
