We are seeking a Senior Financial Data Analyst to drive data integrity, reporting efficiency, and strategic insight across a dynamic, multi-location organization. This role is ideal for someone who excels at transforming complex financial data into clear, actionable intelligence and is passionate about improving systems and processes.

• Data Consolidation & Reporting:
  Compile, centralize, and maintain financial and operational data across 10–15 venues or business units.
  Develop automated reporting solutions and dashboards for various departments and stakeholders.

• Analytics & Modeling:
  Build and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic decision-making.
  Analyze large datasets to identify trends, variances, and performance drivers.

• System Integration & Optimization:
  Work with multiple systems (ERP, POS, and other data sources) to streamline data flow and ensure consistency.
  Leverage Acumatica ERP (or similar systems) to enhance financial visibility and accuracy.

• Process Improvement:
  Evaluate existing reporting processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
  Partner with department heads to align financial insights with operational objectives.

• Strategic Support:
  Deliver clear, data-driven insights that support business growth, cost management, and profitability improvement.
  Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a concise, visually compelling manner.

• Experience: 4–8 years in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Data Analytics, or Financial Reporting roles.

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI (or similar BI tools).

  • Strong understanding of financial modeling, data manipulation, and systems integration.

  • Experience working with Acumatica
    , Net Suite
    , or other ERP systems preferred.
