We are seeking a Senior Analyst to expand our payment offerings and innovate across credit card and digital payment solutions in North America and worldwide.
What You'll Do:- Build relationships with internal stakeholders to support new payment opportunities.
- Lead projects to optimize credit‑card processing, track financial performance, and refine North American and international payment structures.
- Provide financial expertise for ePayments platform expansion with the Digital team.
- Influence global strategic direction for partnerships and payment solution execution to modernize customer experience.
- Collaborate with Digital, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and IT to research, design, develop, and enhance Nutrien’s credit‑card and payment platform.
- Gather field feedback to understand customer and competitive dynamics in payment processing and build supporting offerings.
- Develop consistent policies and procedures for credit‑card processing and deliver training throughout North America (including future Australia and South America).
- Own PCI compliance activities for the credit‑card and digital payments portfolio.
- Act as a subject‑matter expert on projects, providing business requirements and ensuring alignment with strategy.
- Drive adoption of commercial payment strategies and compliance with policies.
- 6+ years of payments acceptance and processing experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Finance.
- Extensive knowledge of payments processing industry, including authorization, settlement, funding, chargebacks, interchange, card association rules, EMV, tokenization, encryption, PCI, digital ecommerce payments, fraud, and current industry trends.
- Understanding of digital payment consumer behavior, trends, and innovations.
- Knowledge of fraud mitigation systems and industry tools.
- Demonstrable decision‑making and problem‑solving skills.
- Preferred experience with vendor selection and contract negotiations.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience working with local‑global organizations.
