Your Compensation:

Our pay ranges are built to allow for candidates with various levels of skill and experience to be considered and provide room for growth over time. The target salary range for this position is $26.54 - $33.17 depending on previous experience and education. The full salary range is $26.54 - $39.81.

What You'll Do:

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process and decide on consumer loan requests, evaluate financial status and risk, collaborate for compliance, and identify workflow improvements.
• Participate in underwriting, funding, and servicing of indirect loans, monitor credit trends, ensure member satisfaction, and apply analytical skills and regulatory knowledge.

Requirements:

• Two years experience in a financial institution required.
• Consumer loan underwriting experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

In addition:

• Must be bondable.
• Employer sponsorship to secure or maintain employment authorization is not available.

Our

Hours:

A hybrid schedule Monday - Friday: 9:00AM - 5:30PM with rotating Saturdays 9:00AM - 1:15PM, affording a day off during the week.

In your role you will have the ability to combine in-person and remote work once fully trained.
