• Research and develop new methods for insurance rating
• Prepare and coordinate analyses of rate and statistical filings for regulatory submission
• Act as project leader for complex projects and studies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide actuarial support
• Gather and clean data, ensuring accuracy and readiness for analysis

• BA/BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science, or related area with 5 years of experience in statistical and actuarial analysis on personal lines insurance
• Or a graduate degree in the same fields with 3 years of relevant experience
• Completion of 5 or more actuarial exams
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and programming languages such as SQL, R, or Python
• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Expert-level problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Proven team leadership ability and in-depth knowledge of the actuarial industry
• Effective oral and written communication skills, including formal presentation capabilities
• Basic computer software programming skills
• Ability to actively shape company culture through participation in employee resource groups
