Compensation

We know that building a business takes time, so we’ve built a new financial advisor compensation program that supports and rewards you as you learn the skills, systems and business practices you need to succeed in our client‑first business model. The program includes trainee pay, a supplemental salary for up to five years, commissions and compensation for new assets gathered for the first five years.

Supplemental Starting Salary Range: $45,000 - $100,000.

  • A bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred or equivalent work‑related experience within the securities/financial services industry
