In this role, you will lead the company’s financial operations, shaping strategy, planning, and execution to support the organization’s growth and long‑term objectives. You will manage the Finance team and serve as a key partner to leadership, translating complex financial data into actionable insights and compelling narratives for both internal and external stakeholders. The position requires deep expertise in financial modeling, enterprise deal structuring, and forecasting in high‑growth, multi‑revenue‑stream environments.

You will drive process improvements, optimize financial performance, and play a pivotal role in strategic decision‑making. This is a high‑impact opportunity to build and scale the finance function while contributing directly to the company’s success and profitability.

• Oversee all financial operations, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
• Lead FP&A activities maintaining sophisticated financial models and scenario planning
• Structure and price complex enterprise deals, partnering with sales, legal, and product teams
• Manage forecasting, planning, and financial reporting processes, automating workflows where possible
• Package financial narratives for external stakeholders including partners, acquirers, and investors
• Analyze operational and financial data to identify efficiencies, trends, and opportunities for optimization
• Build and develop the finance function and team, establishing best practices for growth

• 2+ years of investment banking experience with a strong background in financial modeling and strategic analysis
• 4+ years at growth‑stage startups, ideally in Fin Tech, leading finance teams and FP&A functions
• Experience with $100M+ transactions, including investments or acquisitions
• Proven expertise in structuring and pricing complex enterprise deals
• Advanced Excel and modeling skills, with obsessive attention to detail
• Strong analytical curiosity and problem‑solving mindset
• Low ego, hands‑on approach, and ability to execute in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment
• Experience with financial platforms such as Runway is a plus
