As a financial advisor with Edward Jones, you’ll develop and grow your own practice, supported by branch associates, a home‑office team and regional colleagues. • Build relationships to create new clients via face‑to‑face and virtual sourcing strategies.
• Deeply understand clients’ needs and create personalized, comprehensive strategies.
• Oversee branch processes and ensure a high‑quality, streamlined client experience consistent with firm policies, regulatory requirements and ethical guidelines.
• Engage the branch team to monitor and adjust the branch business plan to increase effectiveness.
• Create a highly engaging environment of mutual trust, respect, feedback and accountability.
• Complete ongoing training offered by the firm and regulatory authorities to maintain registrations and licenses.
• Receive a firm‑provided branch office in the community.
• Receive client support so you can focus on clients.
• Work independently with a support network that extends from your client support team to region to home office.

• Series 7 and Series 66 required.
• Experience in financial services working with clients and in‑depth knowledge of investment products and services.
• State insurance licences preferred.
• Preferred additional professional designations such as CFP®, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, CRPC® or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™.
