As a Tax Advisor at Rainwater

CPA, you will work with a team dedicated to redefining tax services through strategic advisory, planning, and compliance. This role is integral to our commitment to proactive client service and tax optimization.

• Client Engagement:
  Manage and deepen key client relationships, providing bespoke tax strategies and periodic reviews.
• Strategic Oversight:
  Oversee the preparation and review of complex tax returns, ensuring compliance and strategic alignment with client goals.
• Innovation and Research:
  Stay abreast of legislative changes and emerging tax strategies to maintain leadership in the tax field.

• A minimum of 3 years experience in public accounting, focusing on tax services for high net worth individuals and businesses.
• Must possess a valid, active CPA or EA license.
• Proven experience in a tax role with a focus on strategic client outcomes.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 per year + performance bonuses
