Online Banking Specialist II – Ogden, UT

Bank of Utah is seeking an Online Banking Specialist II to support clients with online banking products, Treasury Management services, and payment processing. The role is Monday – Friday 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM at 2605 Washington Blvd, Ogden.

• Process incoming and outgoing wire transfers accurately and timely.
• Review and process online banking originated transactions including ACH, remote deposit capture, Zelle and bill payments.
• Provide online banking technical and product support for both business and retail clients.
• Answer inbound online banking and client service calls.
• Maintain and monitor online banking relationships, including documentation, compliance and electronic storage of applicable documents.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of Treasury Management services.
• Work well under pressure, remaining calm and courteous when handling complex calls and requests.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Minimum 2 years of comparable experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent phone client service skills and clear written communication.
• Accurate, organized and able to handle multiple tasks at once.
• Proficient in Excel and basic knowledge of Word and other Microsoft systems.
• Follow through on assignments and duties to ensure timely completion.
• Ensure established policies and procedures are being followed.
