As a financial advisor with Edward Jones, you’ll develop and grow your own practice, supported by your branch team, a home‑office team and other regional advisors.

• Build relationships to create new clients via face‑to‑face and virtual strategies (residential, business, networking, introductions, referrals, social media, speaking engagements).
• Deeply understand clients’ needs, priorities, and concerns to accelerate trust and create personalized strategies.
• Oversee branch processes, roles, and responsibilities to ensure a high‑quality, streamlined client experience consistent with firm policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines.
• Engage the branch team to create, monitor, and adjust the branch business plan to increase effectiveness and achieve desired results.
• Create a highly engaging environment of mutual trust, respect, feedback, and accountability.

• A bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred or equivalent industry experience.
• Financial services and/or sales experience.
• Financial services registration, licensing, or certification.
• Professional or military career progression.

• SIE (can be obtained without firm sponsorship) and Series 7 & Series 66 required; if not registered, registrations may be obtained during an assigned paid study period.
• FINRA registrations required within three months; state insurance licenses also required.
• Ongoing training and continuing education to keep licenses in good standing.

Supplemental starting salary ranges from $45,000–$100,000 and includes commissions, compensation for assets gathered for the first five years, and profit sharing. Details can be discussed during the interview.
