A leading financial institution is seeking a Mortgage Sales Supervisor to oversee loan origination functions and ensure that required documents are processed timely. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of mortgage sales experience and will develop relationships with real estate brokers and builders. Responsibilities include meeting loan volume targets and establishing collaborative partnerships within the bank. This position requires NMLS registration and allows for a hybrid work model with on-site expectations three days per week.
