Senior Financial Analyst (Brentwood, TN)

Vitality Living is looking for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our Support Office in Brentwood, TN. The role drives strategic financial insights across the Company’s operations support, regional, and community-focused teams. Healthcare experience is preferred, with a preference for senior housing experience.

• Own and assist in the preparation, analysis, and distribution of financial reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
• Actively participate in budgeting and forecasting processes, including the preparation of annual budgets, reforecasts, and long-term projections.
• Deliver time‑sensitive reports and conduct ad‑hoc financial analyses to support timely business decisions and prep executives for investment discussions.
• Develop robust financial models to support decision‑making for regional and community teams.
• Serve as administrator for the financial planning and analysis systems of record, configuring data feeds, integrating data, and maintaining data integrity.
• Leverage FP&A systems to design dashboards that visualize KPIs across business units.
• Ensure dashboards accurately reflect validated financial data.
• Provide training and guidance to teams on FP&A practices and tools.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
• Healthcare experience preferred, senior housing experience a plus.
• 3‑5 years of experience in finance, operations, or information systems in a growth‑oriented environment.
• Experience with FP&A platforms;
  Vena experience preferred.
• Proven financial modeling and data analytics skills.
• Excellent presentation skills for communicating complex financial information.
• Self‑starter capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Highly organized and detail‑oriented.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills.
• SQL or similar database experience is a plus.
• Quick learner of new software applications.
• Strong ability to interpret financial statements.
• High financial acumen and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to partner strategically with stakeholders.
