Join Intuit as a Seasonal Bilingual Credentialed Tax Professional and help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products.

Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA, EA, or Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you.

• Provide tax advice and full-service return preparation.
• Perform tax calculations and manage product/software inquiries.
• Search government websites and professional resources to provide accurate answers to customers in everyday language.
• Interact with customers via state‑of‑the‑art video communication software and document all interactions for accurate record‑keeping.

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws plus an active PTIN.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) written & spoken communication skills.
• Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation complexities and dedicated to enhancing the Intuit brand by delighting customers.
• Excellent customer service skills and confidence interacting with customers via video and audio tools.

• Reliable internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Competitive compensation package with a strong pay-for-performance rewards approach. Expected base pay range for this position is:

• Bay Area, CA: $28.80 - $36.50 per hour
• Southern CA: $28.80 - $36.50 per hour
• Colorado: $27.50 - $34.80 per hour
• Hawaii: $28.80 - $36.50 per hour
• Illinois: $27.50 - $34.80 per hour
• Maryland: $27.50 - $34.80 per hour
• Massachusetts: $28.80 - $36.50 per hour
• Minnesota: $24.80 - $30.30 per hour
• New Jersey: $28.80 - $36.50 per hour
• New York: $28.80 - $36.50 per hour
• Ohio: $24.80 - $30.30 per hour
• Vermont: $27.50 - $34.80 per hour
• Washington: $28.80 - $36.50 per hour
• Washington DC: $28.80 - $36.50 per hour
