Sustainable Capital Advisors is seeking passionate individuals for the position of Research and Analyst Fellow. This fellowship allows participants to gain extensive experience in climate finance and sustainable development. Fellows will work directly with senior SCA team members on projects involving client engagement, policy research, and business strategy development. During this program, you will develop new skills, define your career path, and foster professional relationships, setting a strong foundation for your future career.
This role involves analyzing trends, preparing client proposals, and creating engaging content relevant to SCA’s mission.
- Support business development efforts by profiling investors and potential off-take counter parties.
- Research and organize data on sustainable infrastructure trends by technology, geography, and policy.
- Assist in developing client proposals and presentations.
- Research, write, and edit content about energy, environment, and policy issues for social media and the SCA website.
- Prepare responses to request for proposals and draft marketing materials like presentations and articles.
- Current pursuit of an advanced degree in Communications, Business, Policy, Finance, or Environmental Studies.
- Completion of Finance-related courses and/or experience in the Finance sector.
- Mastery of Microsoft Office products including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, including remote collaboration.
- Part-time remote position.
- Weekly stipend of $275-300, commensurate with experience.
- Potential for role extension and transition to a full-time fellowship.
