Bilingual Spanish Tax Expert – CPA, Enrolled Agent, or Practicing Attorney – Seasonal Remote

Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you!

• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products through full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and product/software inquiries.
• Provide tax advice and support, using everyday language, government websites, professional resources, and internal expertise.
• Use state‑of‑the‑art video communication software to interact with customers, documenting all interactions to maintain accurate records.
• Work 100% remotely from your home or office.

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax prep software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws, and active PTIN.
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
• Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation complexities and committed to enhancing Intuit’s brand through outstanding customer service.
• Excellent customer service skills; comfortable using video & audio tools professionally and confidently.

• Internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria.
• Availability for at least 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
