• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting; MBA desired.
• Experience in healthcare data analysis, variance analysis, and information reporting; presenting financial information in a consumable format.
• Strong Excel modeling skills with the ability to build models from scratch, roll‑up multiple sheets, and a deep understanding of financial statements.
• Experience interacting with staff/management across multiple departments and levels.
• Experience building presentations for management.
• Analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Experience working in a multi‑unit operations environment preferred.
• Knowledge of Adaptive is a plus.

• Provide services and support for the following areas:
  • Capital budgeting and management throughout the year, including center operations and IT projects.
  • Forecasting monthly for capital expenditures.
  • Reporting on capital spend vs budget and forecast.
  • ROI analysis on new locations.
  • Center financial performance tracking.
  • Capital PO approval process – initiating capital expenditure requests, monitoring approval workflow, validating against budget.
  • Develop proforma modeling and ROI analysis to support strategic capital investments.
  • Help prioritize investments and capital expenditures through due diligence and active collaboration.
