Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you!

• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products, providing tax advice, full‑service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
• Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find and deliver the right answer to customers using everyday language.
• Interact with customers via state‑of‑the‑art video communication software and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and an active PTIN.
• Passionate about helping clients navigate tax complexities and committed to enhancing our brand by delighting customers.
• Excellent customer service skills and excited to interact with customers via video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

• Reliable internet connection meeting Intuit security criteria.
• Availability to work at least 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Base pay (per hour) by location:

• Bay Area, California: $27.80 – $35.50
• Southern California: $27.80 – $35.50
• Colorado: $26.50 – $33.80
• Hawaii: $27.80 – $35.50
• Illinois: $26.50 – $33.80
• Maryland: $26.50 – $33.80
• Massachusetts: $27.80 – $35.50
• Minnesota: $23.80 – $29.30
• New Jersey: $27.80 – $35.50
• New York: $27.80 – $35.50
• Ohio: $23.80 – $29.30
• Vermont: $26.50 – $33.80
• Washington: $27.80 – $35.50
• Washington DC: $27.80 – $35.50

This position is eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and other benefits in accordance with Intuit’s plans and programs.
