• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products.
• Provide tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries.
• Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver the right answer in everyday language.
• Interact with customers via video communication software and maintain accurate records.

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns with commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with extensive tax preparation experience and active PTIN.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
• Excellent customer service skills and excitement to interact with customers through video and audio tools.

• Internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Base pay ranges by region:

• Bay Area, California: $28.80 – $36.50
• Southern California: $28.80 – $36.50
• Colorado: $27.50 – $34.80
• Hawaii: $28.80 – $36.50
• Illinois: $27.50 – $34.80
• Maryland: $27.50 – $34.80
• Massachusetts: $28.80 – $36.50
• Minnesota: $24.80 – $30.30
• New Jersey: $28.80 – $36.50
• New York: $28.80 – $36.50
• Ohio: $24.80 – $30.30
• Vermont: $27.50 – $34.80
• Washington: $28.80 – $36.50
• Washington DC: $28.80 – $36.50

This position will be eligible for cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits per Intuit plans and programs. Pay is based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. Intuit conducts regular comparisons to drive ongoing pay equity.
